Weddings are a major focus for us here at Hummingbird Farm. We love weddings!

Between early June and mid September, you can book our private event space for your ceremony and reception.
For full service weddings we can accommodate up to 70 guests.
Features of the farm for your wedding
- We offer practically turn key service with wedding planning support for your big day! Includes pre wedding logistics support and day of wedding coordination.
- Festival quality reception tents, beautiful fir tables and benches, chairs, lighting, and everything needed for ceremony included in our fee!
- Located 35 minutes from Nelson or Castlegar
- 24′ yurt, with queen-sized four-poster bed and private tenting area for your guests on site.
- 2 plus acres of cut flower fields (yes, we do wedding flowers!)
- Riverfront with private water access and canoe launch
- Amazing views up the river to the north and towards Frog Peak to the south, and heritage buildings make great backdrops for your wedding photos
- Open, sunny event space is secluded and private, surrounded by trees and river
- Shower room, hand-wash station, two flush toilets
- Central fire pits and 800 square foot deck
- Ample parking for 15 – 20 cars on site, more along country road
